It’s been on my mind to sell. I do have a few projects I have to complete first. I’m scared of the process of selling and rebuying. I kinda had interest in another house not to far away. That’s what made me think about selling. The next issue I have is I got a first time home buyers with this house. My 5 years will be in December. I know December isn’t a good time to sell And I’m sure the other house will sell by then. \r\nI clicked on the link to see what my house was worth.
