It’s been on my mind to sell. I do have a few projects I have to complete first. I’m scared of the process of selling and rebuying. I kinda had interest in another house not to far away. That’s what made me think about selling. The next issue I have is I got a first time home buyers with this house. My 5 years will be in December. I know December isn’t a good time to sell And I’m sure the other house will sell by then. \r\nI clicked on the link to see what my house was worth. That picture don’t look like mine at all. \r\n\r\nThe house across the street was a property this agency sold quick.
